Dear Mike,

We decided that we wanted to relocate to NC from PA and knew that we loved the area but not enough about the demographics. We came down for a weekend and Mike took us to a variety of listings to make sure that we find something that suited our needs. We were under contract by the time we got back to PA and closed in a month.
